Gustav Klucis

Gustav Klucis: Born on January 4, 1895 in Valmiera district (Latvia), repressed and killed in 1938 in Russia. Poster and project designer, pioneer of Soviet propaganda photomontage. Last not least the designer of the famous Spartakiade-Set. On the occasion of the 1928 in Moscow delivered Spartakiade - the Olympiad of the socialist community of states - the sport becomes a further mark central topic.
